Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens...

These are some of my favourite things right now:

Song - "Lucky Man" by The Verve. Daddy used this song in Uncle Derrick's wedding slideshow so I heard it over and over again. Now whenever I'm upset, mummy and daddy play this song and suddenly I feel better. It's a bit like magic!

Music Genre - I enjoy the beats so we listen to a lot of dance and hip hop music

Food - Sweet potatoes... yummy!

Book - It's a tie between Goodnight Moon, The Dinosaur's Binkit and Hop on Pop

Toy - I really like toys that spin but mostly anything that fits in my mouth is good

Person - Mummy for sleeping and daddy for playing

Nani's birthday!

Getting the hang of it

I'm finally getting used to the taste of my food... actually I love eating! I like peas, sweet potatoes, corn, rice cereal and barley cereal. I'm not very fond of green beans though.

As you can see, I'm still working on my coordination!

Half a year old!

I can't believe how quickly time flies! I'm already 6 months old!

I now weigh 8.1kg and I'm 28" tall.

For those of you doing the metric conversion it won't seem like I've gained much weight. Apparently, the lady at my doctor's office that was converting from kg to lbs was always doing it wrong and is no longer allowed to. Anyways, I've gained over 1kg and I'm still a big girl!

Playing or exercising?

I started getting a little therapy from Kim to help strengthen my neck muscles when I was an even littler baby and now she still comes over every week to help me learn how to sit, roll from my back to tummy, and lots more. It's kind of like having my own personal trainer but more fun!
